Welcome to Gorp Core Ventures! By using our website (www.gorpcoreventures.com) and camping services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. 1. General
   
   • Gorp Core Ventures provides camping services and gear rentals in Kenya. These terms apply to all bookings, rentals, and interactions with our services.
   • You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or rent gear. If booking for a group, you are responsible for ensuring all members comply with these terms.
2. 2. Bookings and Payments
   
   • All bookings for camping services or gear rentals must be made through our website, email, or phone, and are subject to availability.
   • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before your camping date.
   • Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. 3. Cancellations by You
   
   • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to gorpcoreventures@gmail.com. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
   • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the camping date will not be refunded.
4. 4. Cancellations or Changes by Us
   
   • We reserve the right to cancel or modify camping bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or safety concerns). In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
   • Gorp Core Ventures is not liable for additional costs (e.g., travel or accommodation) incurred due to cancellations.
5. 5. Safety and Conduct
   
   • Camping involves inherent risks (e.g., weather, wildlife). You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our team.
   • We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages caused by your failure to follow instructions or due to factors beyond our control.
   • You must respect the environment and local communities during your camping experience. Littering or illegal activities will result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund.
6. 6. Gear Rentals
   
   • Rented camping equipment (e.g., tents, sleeping bags) must be returned in good condition. You are liable for any damage or loss, and repair/replacement costs will be charged.
   • Late returns will incur a penalty fee of KES 1,000 per day.
7. 7. Liability
   
   • Gorp Core Ventures is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss during your camping experience, except where caused by our negligence.
   • You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, or other risks.
8. 8. Governing Law
   
   • These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
9. 9. Changes to Terms
   
   • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
